Melissa Brown relocated to Raleigh with her daughter in September 2013, bringing valuable experience from her previous work with a commercial general contractor. This background made her transition into real estate a natural fit, and in April 2015, after earning her real estate agent license, she joined Allen Tate Real Estate.
A year later, she joined the Eddie Cash team, where her dedication to client satisfaction quickly became evident. Melissa takes great pride in working behind the scenes to ensure every transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
Outside of work, Melissa finds joy in long walks with her dog, Blu, working in her yard, watching movies, and reading. She also loves spending time with friends, exploring Raleigh’s fantastic restaurant scene, and enjoying the vibrant community the city has to offer.
